Service Development Manager

Jennifer Afebuameh

  • 10 years of business management experience

  • Liaises with stakeholders and managing partner providers to ensure seamless service delivery and collaboration

  • Oversees service expansion, identifying growth opportunities and implementing strategic plans

  • Works with schools, children, families, and professionals to ensure all children and young people have access to education

  • Promotes equality of opportunity to enable access to appropriate educational entitlement for all children

  • Supports personal development, employability skills, vocational training, and functional skills for young people not yet ready for apprenticeships or employment
